Emotional Wellbeing

This Emotional Wellbeing online training course is designed to provide you with tools the to maintain and improve your inner well-being and to help reduce your stressful thinking.

The elements of the training are:

  1. The Emotional well-being Process helps promote a healthy mindset by using simple reflective practices that supports mindfulness, maintain and improve contentment, satisfaction and gratitude.
  2. The Core Value Approach helps to build healthier, happier relationships and create better communication using the values of personal integrity, personal responsibility, authenticity and equal dignity.

This course contains an assessment, and on completion you will receive a CPD certified certificate in Self Awareness.

There are no specific recommended prior learning requirements for the Emotional Wellbeing course.

This course should take approximately 3 hours, however you don’t have to complete the course in one sitting.

On completion of this course you will:

  • The positive tools that will maintain and improve self-awareness and inner well-being​

  • Understand how to become more mindful, more focused and how to deal with situation in a less stressful way

  • What inner wellbeing refers to and how it can improve both your personal and working environments and alleviate stressful thinking

  • The definition of the core values, their meaning and how using them can create better communication and build happier, healthier relationships

  • On completion of this course you receive a "Emotional Wellbeing" CPD certificate
