Self Awareness Workshops

Mental Health Aware UK and Penninghame Process are working together to deliver self awareness workshops across the UK. Currently there are two types of workshops being offered, firstly a one-day workshop which is held on the weekend, and secondly the evening workshops which are held on weekdays. On the workshops you’ll develop the self awareness and understanding of how to change and change habitual negative thinking. You’ll also get to learn and practice some of the teachings and tools that are delivered on the six-day courses held at Penninghame
