This Emotional Wellbeing online training course is designed to provide you with tools to maintain and improve your wellbeing and  help to reduce your stressful thinking.

The elements of the training are:

  2. The Core Value Approach helps  build healthier, happier relationships, create better communication using the values of personal integrity, personal responsibility, authenticity and equal dignity.

This course contains an knowledge checks, and on completion you will receive a CPD certified certificate in Emotional Wellbeing.

There are no specific recommended prior learning requirements for the Emotional Wellbeing course.

This course should take approximately 3 hours, however you don’t have to complete the course in one sitting.
