MHA Academy is a not-for-profit organisation and an Approved Training Organisation (ATO) dedicated to improving mental health awareness across industries. Over the past seven years, we have worked alongside leading global companies to transform workplace mental health culture. Through our Encompass Programme, we have helped organisations build resilience, develop resources, foster psychological safety, and create mentally healthy workplaces.
The Encompass Mental Health Aware Online Course is designed to empower construction companies with the tools to foster a psychologically safe and supportive workplace. The course raises awareness, creates understanding, builds confidence, and provides practical strategies for mental well-being.

The course is delivered online in three online modules with an accompanying webinar. We know you are busy, so you don’t have to complete the course in one go—you can stop and start as required. The online course takes on average 60 minutes to complete.
